LIES OF MS. POTIPHAR

She called me her heart, me same.

Absorbed lies from a gullible me in ignorant shoe

Too late to lament, blinded love dead overdue

With heavy big lips of my mine, I voiced her name.

Who would have thought her kisses, lies?

All her early letters graced with promises

The devil left with none apologies

Oh! Conquered hero, how she turned me to a bruised fly.

I thought she called me soul mate

Woe unto her dark tongue! To have thought it had one function

The D.N.A unmasked the circumstance of that birth

Why have a strange meeting? Why slip the pill to intoxicate?

You said I got you pregnant, why not call this an accusation?

Bruised am I on my wedding day, what it feels to know forever death.
